Selling Livery Package

We offer a top level selling livery package which includes everything in the Luxury stable livery package but with the following extra services included.

Services include:
1.	Horses fully assessed during the first week and programmes written to compliment their abilities to ensure best sale price
2.	Horses fittened daily either on horsewalker, lunged or ridden work for up to 45 minutes per day
3.	Horses prepared to high level for viewings and shown to the best of their abilities by competent, knowledgeable and experienced staff
4.	Tack cleaned and kept in excellent presentable condition
5.	Adverts prepared, written and placed on owners approval, photographs and videos taken in all phases of work the horse is capable of
6.	All liaisons undertaken with potential sellers to ensure potential sales are not missed. Dedicated advertising number manned at all times. Potential sale emails answered within 2 hours, most answered immediately
7.	Transport and advertising arranged and paid for, deposits and payment taken, assistance with vettings
8.	Excellent trial facilities for potential clients
9.	A fully inclusive selling livery where the owner has complete peace of mind everything from beginning to end is professionally taken care of

Prices

Option 1:	£575 per calender month plus 15% commision
Option 2:	£375 per calender month plus 25% commision (for up to 3 months)

Prices do not include sedation if required and will be payable seperately to veterinary surgeon. We make every effort to try to ensure this is not necessary.

Disclaimer: Please note we are not a livery yard and are therefore unable to accommodate ridden horses.
We ONLY accept kind natured horses in genuine need of a quality retirement home. We are unable to accommodate horses with dangerous or seriously unpredictable vices.
We are unable to accomodate horses with hind shoes although front shoes are acceptable.
We reserve the right to give immediate notice for those horses we feel we are unable to safely provide fully inclusive, quality care at any time.
