We have worked with many Insurance companies and Veterinary Surgeries to ensure your horse has all his/her needs met for their particular needs in a caring and professional environment.

Services include:
1.	Four horse walker capable of providing exercise to canter if required
2.	60mx20m floodlit, sand/rubber surfaced menage available to aid with gentle exercise
3.	Lunging by qualified, experienced staff
4.	Ridden schooling and fittening work by qualified, experienced staff
5.	Infrared solarium warmer providing superb warming properties to joints
6.	Clipping, shampooing, mane and tail pulling, feather clipping undertaken

Prices

Horsewalker:	£5 for up to ½ hour session
Lunging:	£7.50 for up to ½ hour session
Ridden Schooling:	£10 for up to ¾ hour session
Infrared solarium heater:	£5 for up to ½ hour session

Extra Shiatsu:	£40 per hour / £25 per half hour
Veterinary treatment:	Our surgeon will bill you directly
Transportation as required:	£1.50 per mile, round trip
D & H Ultimate Balancer:	£40 per calender month
Shoes every 6 weeks:	1/2 set £40, full set £70

Farrier trimming required outside standard retirement trimming service
Dentistry outside standard retirement rasping service

Prices do not include sedation if required and will be payable seperately to veterinary surgeon. We make every effort to try to ensure this is not necessary.

We ONLY accept kind natured horses in genuine need of a quality retirement home. We are unable to accommodate horses with dangerous or seriously unpredictable vices.
We are unable to accomodate horses with hind shoes although front shoes are acceptable.
We reserve the right to give immediate notice for those horses we feel we are unable to safely provide fully inclusive, quality care at any time.
