1. Winter overnight stable livery with daily turnout in well maintained, post and rail and electric fenced paddocks

3. Quality Hard feed in winter if required
4. All winter stable and care duties provided 24/7 » 365 days per year
5. Rugging up/double rugging in winter as the seasons dictate
6. Sun cream and fly spray provided by us and applied as seasons dictate
7. Regular grooming and feet picking
8. Minor cuts and grazes cleaned and treated
9. Supplements and medications added as required at owners provision
10. 24/7 Veterinary cover by local equine vet - horses are automatically registered with our vet
11. Rugs automatically sent off for cleaning/repairing etc (chargeable at cost)
12. Fields rotated, harrowed and poo-picked. Troughs cleaned regularly
13. Feed buckets scrubbed daily
14. Full public liability and employers liability cover held.

16. Routine feet trimming by qualified farrier
